I have just been advised by my bank that they have instructed solicitors to lodge a writ of possession on my property. After a year of financial difficulties due to sickness, interest hikes and other things, my partner and I are finally managing to get back on our feet. I’ve tried to explain this to the bank but to no avail. What will happen now and is there anyway that I can fix this? I now have bad credit and can’t get a loan. Please give me some advise.

They are foreclosing. I would try to sell before that happens.
