1 week ago the father to my 5month old lil girl (he has never seen her and did not want to be a father) text me at 3am in the morning saying……………"Im sorry".
He has not co-operated with child support and ignored my solicitor (we will be going to court in october)
I have held back from replying, but it is so hard!! what do i do?? why am i feeling torn?
Are you thinking about selling your home yourself? then
if u don’t need him just ignore it,sue him he doesn’t deserve ur love..ur kid doesn’t deserve a father like that who run away from his responsibilities..
control ur emotions and stay strong..
you feel torn because you obviously have feelings for the guy. That doesnt mean he is a good guy. If he was a good guy he would man up and take care of his child even if he didnt want to be with you. I would stick with not replying and go to court and have him do whats right and help take care of your child. You can find way better uys that will be there for you and help you.
most likely hes not sorry he probably wants to get on ur good side so he dont have to pay child support dont belive him if he was sorry then he would be in ur childs life!!! dont fall for it reply back to him see you in court!!! n u so can find better hunn.

The court date is coming up. I would just wait until then before any communication. If he were truly sorry, he would have come in person to see you and apologize, not text. That’s insulting after you gave birth to his child.
