I have documented proof of police inconsistencies and outright lies. Legal Aid has declined to help, thanks to a type-o in a legal document issued by the court appointed solicitor. The case is huge and ,000 wouldn’t cover the costs. So self representation is the only door left open. My problem now is the utter lack of information on navigating the rabbit warren of Australian laws, rules, regulations, limits and boundaries. Every door I’ve knocked on responds negatively and is closed quickly. For all the "no’s" and "it dosen’t work like that’s" I have endured so far, I am becoming more determined to be heard. Because nothing is impossible, I will not be drawn into this worlds hypermaterialistic negativity. From what i’ve been told by "professional’s" the truth is not important, it’s just a money game. Well, I’ve been nominated for a game, but I have no money. Can anyone help me? Surely I am not the first to endure this diversion of reailty.

Well, I almost said "Welcome to America" ha ha ha. But apparently Australia is right there with our laws. I hate to discourage you but as a criminal justice major, and having heard 100′s of lectures from a professor who is also a criminal defense and professional witness….. It is truly TRUE that the actual truth compares nil to what facts are laid out (true or not)…… Sometimes it can have to do with minor typos, loopholes in law, lack of funds, and even down to wild semantics……. I am like you and would rather cut my own arm off with a spoon than indure injustice – but figuratively speaking, your "game" challenge is equivelent to outrinning a pack of wild animals who have bigger teeth and sharper claws with a ranenous appetite.
My advice? I am not sure – but I would CERTAINLY tell you if you feel this convicted, you may have luck trying Human Rights groups to see if anyone can help……. If not, find a way to make a stink. Go to the media, post on the net, make flyers….. But keep in mind what you are up against. It is sad and unfortunate, but the courts KNOW that "we the people" are simply incapable of competing in the legal game. The terms alone require explanations and probably a few diffferent dictionaries. You and I don’t even KNOW the "Language" they speak in the legal system.

Any Criminal Justice system opperates on the bases of police lies. I had to study law to learn this. Sorry. Self Representation is for suckers. It is a waste of time.
