What is the difference between a Will kit from the post office and a Will you have done at the Lawyers?

    A lawyer will design a estate plan that is tailor made with your wishes in mind and will maximizes tax benefits given your particular situation. Estate planning is never one-size-fits-all. You may not even want a will. You may find that a pour over will into a trust is better suited. A kit really can’t answer these questions for you.
