I was explained to that freedom of speech and expression is.

how to use freedom of speech properly? I would like to know what can be said. How i understand it is freedom of speech is you can say any thing you like with out deformation or threatening a person. I am wondering if that is correct?’

However, the right to freedom of speech is limited by the laws of defamation and many other laws which regulate information – eg censorship laws.
