I am so scared that he is going to run away with my baby before i can do anything… I have tried eveything to get him to just leave me alone and come to an agreement on bub but he wont if i say something he will go and do or say the complete opporsite… When i said to him at the end on friday, well if you can’t be responisble enough i will have to see you in court and he said if you get a court order a\i will losse it don’t you worry about that…

Be honest and tell the court about him threating you and how he wanted nothing to do with the baby at first and also tell them that he is scaring you and you are worried about the well fair of the baby. take friends and family with you for support.
