well there are few excellent universities in UK and it will fulfil your requirement. here is the list:

1. Oxford
2. Cambridge
3. LSE
4. York
5. Warwick

Whereas there are other as well for consideration like:
1. University of Birmingham
2. Glassgow
3. Essex
4. University of London
5. Edinbrough

I must say join Ucas and start browsing the universities according to your need. (www.ucas.co.uk)

Best universities in England:

Oxford
Cambridge
Warick
London School of Economics
Imperial College
Durham
York
King’s College.

That should get you going for few of the top schools in England
