He no longer has any property in England and our solicitor says we have no hope of tracing him really or getting any money ! this cant be right. Any advice PLEASE.
He dissapeared without trace and we found out from neighbours that he had gone to the USA ( emigrated) he owes us £22,000….a LOT of money. He also owes the tax man £40,000 we have been told as well as other. He seems to have no property or money left in the UK. Solicitor says we have no chance at all of recovery of a penny. He said we should just forget about it ! thats not easy as this has almost cost us our business !!!! help and advice please !!!

Not sure how much he owes you, but the legal and travel expenses would probably triple that, if not even more. May have to cut a loss, sorry to say.
