the father of my 6month old baby (never seen her and didnt want her) has shut shop, changed mobile ph # and basically become uncontactable (ignored Child support and my solicitor cuz he doesnt want to pay for his daughter) His family have no idea she exists.

I became so frustrated and phoned his mother and ibformed her i was going thru a legal dispute with her son and he has become uncontactable. (servers are struggling to serve him cuz he has gone) i told his mother i was not to discuss what the dispute was about but its something he should have told you over 12months ago. (i was very calm and polite to her.) I so wanted to tell her but my solicitor said i wasnt aloud. She has not heard about it and said she is going to contact him immediately!

Was this the wrong thing for me to do?? i am just so angry at that son of a b***h

No, your ex needs to be responsable. Maybe involving his Mom will help to get him to understand you don’t walk away from your child.
You need to keep it it strictly cool. Get support for you child, don’t cause drama.

no its not wrong of you..sometimes mothers protect their sons no matter how dirty they do stuff….ur not wrong for calling her at all. hope u get him

    3. no, it was not wrong of you…you are not to blame.
He’s the one that is totally wrong.
listen to your lawyer going forward…they are on your side. Tell your attorney you want the grand parents notified. And let him guide you on how you can accomplish that.

    4. Not at all. He is legally obligated to pay and should be there at least financially for his daughter if not for you too.

    5. No you was not wrong. I believe you handled that very well. He is wrong for what he is doing.

    6. No, you were not wrong. Unfortunately, it is his daughter who will suffer in the end. Shame on him. She deserves so much more. Hope you find him and make him pay up. Cheap SOB.

    7. .
You’re quite right. He must assume their responsabilities.
