1.) Is that wt we called "good behaviour bond"?
2.) Any different between "bond" n "probation"?
3.) Do I need to visit the probation centre very often? (in Nsw)
4.) I had a duty solicitor(Legal Aid) represented me, in the interview today, she mentioned the $ per hr….but after I left the court house(went to sign the bond) then I returned to the court house(toliet…) I saw my solicitor, I thanks her again and bye…Why she didnt mention the fees??? Thats mean I dun need to pay???

Are you thinking about selling your home yourself? then
ok this is a bit to take on. first a bond is an agreement that you made with the court to be of good behaviour. meaning you cannot do anything that is punishable by law within your six month stint. as for community corrections you may need to see them every week or so. this should all be written out in your bond. Did you sign your bond? you should have.
If you are legally aidded you wil not have to pay anything unless it is so stated in your legal aid application letter. legal aid may say you need to pay half of your fees off in installments for a certain amount of time. if you had a duty solicitor you usually dont pay they just bill legal aid directly.
If its legal aid then u shouldnt have to pay!!
I was put on a 12mth good behaviour bond and it meant i couldnt do anything illegal until that time was!!
Keep ya head low and stay out of trouble hehehe!!
he purpose of bail is to assure the attendance of the defendant, when his or her appearance is required in court, whether before or after conviction. Bail is not a means of punishing a defendant, nor should there be a suggestion of revenue to the governmentis the suspension of a jail sentence – the criminal who is "on probation" has been convicted of a crime, but instead of serving jail time, has been found by the Court to be amenable to probation and will be returned to the community for a period in which they will … More ยป Legal Aid Manitoba exists to help people – individuals and groups – who need a lawyer but who cannot afford to pay for one
