Hi i was joining the Australian Army full time infantry and i was 2 days away from being enlisted and then they realised that i am still on a good behavior bond so they will not take me until june 2011, i was wondering if it is possible to go to a local court and have it removed so that i can join, i

if i can then how would i go about doing this?
do i have to get a solicitor?

    You can get an appeal, just ring your case manager and ask if can speak to them about the situation. However if they stopped you on the spot I don’t like your chances. However don’t get pushy like threatening major legal action because they will reject you all together.
