There is no evidence in any Scripture that Judaism is or was ever a religion and no evidence that Jews were a race. You wont find it in the Bible and you wont find it in any Scripture.
The Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 of the State of New South Wales in Australia wickedly claim that only a Jew can be discriminated against for his religion because his religion is Judaism and his race is Jewish.
This "Ethno-religious" section of the Law legalises religious discrimination against any person of any religion other than Judaism and also legalises race discrimination when it leaves the perpetrator free to claim the "I do not like" the victim’s religion as a winning claim..
On the other hand, the perpetrator can claim the alleged "ethno-religious discrimination" did not occur because the religion was not at all in question, and the matter ends with the perpetrator a winner.
Further, the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 gives the President of the Anti-Discrimination Board (the ADFraudboard) the right to use the same "I do not like" attitude to throw out a complaint and have the victim request that it be sent to the Administrative Decisions Tribunal who repeats the "I do not like" claim and dismisses the matter with a whim and a fancy and the course of justice is legally perverted.
Australian lawyers have a fair dinkum way of telling clients that if the judge or magistrate "does not like you" you have lost your case.
The many Legal Centres that are recommended by the State will not touch a discrimination matter where the State is the other party and they discourage the victim from seeking justice with intimidatory warnings and long stories of wickedness by the State.
The Legal Aid Commission and the New South Wales Law Society use the same racist attitude to turn down applications and the whole system is racist oriented.
