I have been a mistress now for 2yrs, have been faithful to him, last year he bought my house of me, agreed for me to leave in it with my children. I have just found out that a thai lady is having his baby and wants to live here. I have no legal documents and he is a solicitor. It was sold well under market value to him and I lent him the money for the deposit. A couple of months after he bought my home i was diagnosed with depresion and have not been able to work since, I have wanted to but Doctors have not wanted me to.
Thank you for comments and please note he was not married please stop assuming and read my question.
I have never been with a married man nor am I likely to but those who choose to judge maybe they should walk in others shoes for a while.
i didn’t want to be in a full time relationship, I wanted my children to grow up in a stable home without men coming and going.
hence why I say mistress…..i only see him when my children are not around.

i spoke to the coroner dealing with my mums death he has said that the MASSIVE GASTROINTESTURNAL HEMORRHAGE & AORTOENTERIC FISTULA are all to do with the surgery for eosophogus cancer. should i get a solicitor to help me with this. he allso said that she would have lived for a year, if she hadnt had surgery.and is there any doctors out there that can tell me whot they would do if there patient coughed up big blood clots 2 weeks after this surgery would you just take blood, and if these came back fine would you do more tests to check that there was nothing eles going on. even if the person in question had , had a blood transfusion for the blood that was lost. surly vomiting up blood is not a good sign.

I’ll give the background info –
in ’99 i became ill and went to three gp’s and went to the local hospital twice. I was either told I had a ‘two yr virus’ or they insinuated I had an eating disorder (which i denied as i didnt)
In ’02 a doctor finally found that i had 3 brain tumors and i underwent emergency surg. As a result of this I now have several disabilities including no longer being able to smile – im 27.
The doc who found my tumors said that if they’d found them earlier the chances of me having these disabilities would have significantly lowered or not at all. I was about a wk away from becoming unconscious. this doc said i shld seek legal advice and that he wld bac me up. To cut a LONG story short, I sought legal advice, had a solicitor promise me i’d get what i deserved requesting that i only pay the doc fees. Im on a disability pension so this was extremely hard. Thousands of dollars later, none of the doctors wld help me, even the one who said he would. I believe I deserve some kind of compensation. I cldnt work and still cant. I know that my time period for suing is expired now but why was it so hard. People sue for the silliest things and win and im thousands of dollars out of pocket. I just want a legal point of view – i live in australia…..

Please help us. I called the DOCs Helpline because my 11 year old son, with Conduct Disorder was so out of control & had assaulted my already 5 times in 2006. I was lied to on the Helpline & DOCs instead came out & took my children. I have been battling for 5 months & I see no hope. The Children’s Court appears to be entirely run by DOCS & my solicitor says that disorders such as ADHD & Conduct Disorder are not believed in by the court & it is seen to be a parenting problems. I have a number of seperate diagnosis for my son & far from this being a good thing, the court now says that because I have more than one opinion, it’s ruling that I have a problem with attention & doctors. There was supposed to be 2 independent reports by the Court Clinic but they’re far from that & I was treated very badly, for no reason by both. They are all taking DOCs side & believing the false allegations they are making. It does help that my ex, who had me in a DV situation has jumped on the horse & is lyin

"Under 0.5" is what we are told about alcohol. What perameters are the police working with when testing for marijuana ? For that matter, what are the driving restrictions for marijuana in the ACT where marijuana is legal to consume?
I feel that we are given little info about this in the hope that the police will "catch us out". I personally know many people (doctors, solicitors, school teachers, policemen) who use MJ recreationally, but my concern is with paliative care patients and my chronically ill partner who use the drug as an irreplaceable aide for pain relief/appetite & sleep. I have addressed this issue with many and have found out that people WILL continue to use it in the hope that one day soon MJ will be made legal.
Legalise it. Tax it. Regulate the strength. Whatever it takes, just don’t penalise us for using this age-old aide.
At least inform us of the testing procedure so we can avoid beurocratic penalties.
