I have two sons to my ex husband. I am in a situation where my two kids are supposed to go to their dads every 2nd weekend and half the holidays but they seem to go when they feel like it now because my sons are 17 and 15 years old. The problem is with the new legislation in the child support agency going on how many nights they are in mums care and dads care. My ex according to the court order has the kids 21% of the time and I have them the rest. But the kids are not working with the court order. I have told the child support agency this and I have asked my ex by sms to tell them the truth because I do not want to go back to the family court and change orders when I know I may in court for the next 2 years. How would I cover the legal costs if I do not have the money and cannot get legal aid. I need my ex to do the right thing now by our sons.

My daughter has a 1 year old delightful daughter, Her ex partner has a record and is a heavy drinker and drug user. He has threatened my daughters life (does not know address) 2 weeks ago in magistrates court a judge ordered her parenting plan cancelled and had a restraining order served on belalf of my daughter and grand-daughter (the judges idea) last week a different judge revoked the parenting plan and we now have to take my grand-daughteer to a police station every saturday and hand her over to this monster. CAN ANYONE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My daughter tried to do the right thing at the start but in the end had to move adrress for fear of her life, it is distressing her and her baby, she is a great mum with the perfect happy, healthy child. I am afraid this may not last if she has to spend time with him and his psychotic family.

I have just completed a legal secretary diploma course and went for an interview for the position of a legal secretary and i was offered the job. When I asked to send out a letter of comfomation about the job, i received the letter saying i have been offered the job of a junior receptionist nothing was stated about a junior legal secretary position so i turned the job down explaining that you offered the solicitor gave me false pretences and this was not the job i applied for can anyone with expereince in this field tell me exactly what the a junior receptionist entails and did i do the right thing?
