hi my wife wants to start her own business here in australia but has signed this agreement with the employer she works for, it appears to have alot of floors in it and constructed at home, not by a solicitor,
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
Whilst in the employ of ************* you agree to:
* Always conduct yourself in a responsible, polite, courteous, friendly and proffessional manner.
* Your grooming will always be clean, tidy and well presented.Aneat and tidy uniform is required. You need to supply your own polo shirts in **** or **** color,to have logo’s printed on at the ***** store.
*(logo’s paid for) or an apron will be supplied for you to wear, if you prefer.
* A high standard of detailed,hygenic cleaning is to be maintained at all times.
*You will not privatly work for yourself (as a cleaner or a carer) in competiotion with ********* cleaners.
*You will not take on any cleaning or attend any care work with any client of
********* cleaners for a period of 12 months after the date of your employment termination.
*You will be dilligent with the need to respect client confidentiallity at all times.
*This is for businesses, private homes and any other work that you are engaged to carry out.
*You are also required to keep confidential, any details or plans about *********
cleaners as a business.
*Breach of this agreement or failure to abide by any policy guidlines will, without
warning, result in the termination of your employment, with ****** cleaners.

i am furious!! the father of my 6month old baby (never seen her and didnt want her) will not co-operate as far as child support. I have a solicitor trying to serve him and he has changed his number and packed up his business.

His family have no idea she even exists and i got in contact with his mother (i didnt tell her about her grandaughter as my solicitor advised me not to say anything at this time) i told her we are going thru a legal dispute and he is not co-operating and become un-contactable and he should have told you about it 12 months ago.

He ended up calling me and he said he will start co-operating and he has not done a thing!!! it has been nearly a week! and he didnt tell his mother either (he just brushed her off!) im furious!!

Do i have a right to feel so damn angry at this????

We have seperated and he is refusing to pay me money he borrowed from me and my half of bond money. I’ve been to a solicitor and he’s sent my maggot of a husband a letter stating payment within 7 days. It’s now been 9 days and we’ve not heard a word. My husband is a police officer and verbally abused me for 12 months until I got the money to GET OUT. I’m now on my own and I want my money. For the last 6 months of my marriage, I lived in the spare room of the house we were renting. I was paying half the rent and half of every bill that came into the place. Also half food bills. If he laid eyes on me he would verbally abuse me. He accused me of having toy boys and sugar daddys because I wasn’t giving him sex. He is a VERY HEAVY DRINKER. 133 cans of beer in 12 days. He drives DRUNK and is not worried about getting caught because he’s stated, ALL I HAVE TO DO IS FLASH MY BADGE and they’ll let me drive off. This man has no concience. He’s a drunken abuser and doesn’t care.

If there are 2 consenting adults with no children and they separated in May 2009 do they have to wait the full 12 months of separation before they can divorce. We have an appointment with a solicitor in 2 weeks but would appreciated an indication before then if possible. Thanks for your input.
