its now seven years since i saw my children,i came to this country in 2000 with the right of abode and started working and after 6 months i applied for my wife and 4 children to join me here in uk,i was told by home office that I WAS GIVEN RIGHT OF ABODE IN ERROR………I HANDED OVER MY CASE TO A SOLICITOR.and when i ask i am just told WAIT WAIT WAIT…….(WE ARE THINKING)MY PASSPORT HAS BEEN AT THE HOME OFFICE SINCE 2001 AND ITS EXIRED….SOMEONE OUT THERE WHO KNOW THE LAW PLEASE HELP ME.
