New South Wales real estate contracts. I am in Qld and want to purchase a property in NSW subject to the sale

of my properyty. Can this be done? I am also looking for a solicitor from Coffs Harbour arear to help me out with all of this . I have a real estate agent telling me this cannot be done and it doesn’t make sense to me
