My sons feel they didn’t do anything wrong, but protecting each other. The intruders came to one of my sons place of residence for a fight, they picked up the weapons from the yard. One had a shovel and the other a wood splitter. The sons used slats of wood to chase them out, which caused injury to one. It carried on at the front of property, where one took a swing with the log splitter at one son and the other son by this time had the shovel, who then swung the shovel at him which caused injury. The intruder then swung at the other son who has the shovel, so the other son hit him with a slat of wood (slats from an old bed). My sons wanted to go to trial, but as they wanted to plea not guilty to 17 charges. After discussions between the prosicutor and barristers to avoid a jail sentance my sons pleaded guilty to one charge as the other charges were dropped they were suppose to get good be haviour bond. But the intruders were not charged for home invasion. Is this justice? Trail or n
