my father made her sign documents just before she died in front of their solicitor .Am i entitled to my mums share now , can i contest this . I just want my mums share because that is what she always said she wanted

  1. What do you mean your mothers share are you just concerned about money? Your father is the surviving spouse, you aren’t entitled to anything until your father dies and only if specified in his will. If you mother wished you to have some sort of trinket or something then you should have it. My father died 4 years ago and my mother is still alive, my siblings and I don’t have access to his "SHARE" until my mother passes and hopefully no time soon.

  2. if you are 18 then yea you can have it…u should deff ask your dad about it
