My husband & I have a will together written up by our barrister.
We recently had a couple of new additions to our family, and haven’t changed our will to take them into account.

My question is, if my Husband & I were to die tomorrow, would our new children be incorporated in it, even if we hadn’t added them to it yet???
I can’t find our copy here at the moment, but I am pretty sure that our elder boys are mentioned by name, not *our children*.

Sorry about the morbid question.

    1. No i dont think that they would be "legally" – u wouldnt have to worry if you have decent executors of the will though. However Its always a good idea to update it when life changes like that.
