I have a loan from a ANZ bank, Australia for 000.Due my family circumstances I couldnt pay every month.
Does anybody know what fees will charge bank + solicitor for this procedure.

Are you thinking about selling your home yourself? then
Get straight down to your bank and explain your problem. You may be able to come to an agreement about the loan, such as missing a few payments and then paying back at a slightly higher rate. After all, the bank only wants its money back and it is a lot of trouble to take you to court.
Doing nothing will cost you an awful lot and makes it look like you don’t care or have no interest in paying out your loan.
