Im trying to find out some answers for my friend who is having trouble with her ex-husband.They have two kids between them and she is engaged to a really nice fella who has taken on her kids,although he has 4 kids himself.The problem is that my friends ex is in and out of the kids life all the time!He texts her that he is going to kill her and that he will not talk to the kids take their calls or anything like that.He is a heavy dope smoker and,she wantns to sever his parental rights as she is sick of having him let their kids down and seeing the sadness on their faces when he decides to stop taking their calls… My friend has seen a solicitor before about this and they had an agreement but the ex is not keeping up his end of the bargain as he thinks my friends new hubby should not answer the phone if he is to ring!!!!!Can anyone give me any answers on how she could sever his rights????Im just trying to find info for her!!!
