My husband has signed a contract in front of the solicitor to say he will pay me a certain amount, now he is not paying even 10% of the agreed amount?

  1. Surely your solicitor knows that it is only binding if court-ordered and signed by a judge. You’ll need to petition and do it properly. (legally)

  2. I really am sorry but it’s affidavit and he would be bound by it if he signed it and it was signed by a judge. Sue him.

  3. Yes he is bound by that.

    Go see the solicitor.
