If a request information I am entitled to to someone via registered post and don't receive it, what can I do?

I need the information so I can finalise some matters. I am definitely entitled to the information. I am sending another letter today via registered post again. If I don’t receive my information within 7 days what type of action can I take. I cannot afford a solicitor and I am not entitled to legal aid.
I am a member of a Company and I need the Financial statments for income tax
