I have a 5month old baby girl to a man who has never seen her and didnt want to be a father. We have had no contact since she has been born. We are soon to be going to court as he ignored child support and my solicitor. His family also have no idea she exists

At 3am he wrote me a txt message saying, "Im sorry."

he is starting to feel guilty for the pain and suffering he has caused you. you should be celebrating it appears he has found his conscience

tell him sorry isnt a answer and in the picture now if your sorry ppl would kno you have a kid, you would be paying what you need to pay, what your sorry for needs to be shown in alota diffrent ways i’ll see you in court

    3. He may be remorseful or trying to get on good terms with you before the court appearance

I have no possible idea what this could mean. Maybe for making you pregnant or causing you to have a child. He could also say sorry for not paying child support. There are a lot of possible answers.

    5. i would not even say a word about sorry i would be so freaking mad at the guy. sorry is just another excuse to get away from stuff. if hes sorry then he would feel bad and be helping you. i hate guys like that…..hope you and your child are doing fine :)

      hope i helped :P

    6. Take him to court and get child support out of him…Don’t talk to him…If he wants to communicate tell him to do it through an attorney.

AFTER you get child support, if he still wants to talk…you might consider it…but don’t Let him stop paying child support until your kid is of age.
