..child residency…..how can I have protection from a person if the court sends them to my home? how can they allow it. why do they put my family in danger and mess up our lives? what can I do about it..? I have asked my solicitor but she just said if we go back and get it changed then it will take months more and the court case could be closed by then….but If they are going to put us through all this now, what more are they going to order in the finnal hearing considering he is paying for it? he has distroyed our lives enough..
we were granted protection in April this year. final order’s coming up for residency and he is wanting full custody..

Sounds like you’re just out to hurt him, trying to use the kids as leverage is evil. You decided to spit out rug rats with the guy, you live with it, don’t make the kids pay for it.

"He ruined our lives!!!" Unlikely, given that apparently a judge examining the issues has determined he still has visitation rights.
What happened, he boinked his secretary? Get over it.
By "protection" do you mean a restraining order? I doubt tha you have one, or you would have said that.
