Hi

I am not getting a job in Melbourne. I am married and i have a 14 month baby. my husband is working but recently our expenses went up because we are building a home(conveyancing fees, deposit to our land etc). I was working temporarily in a bank ( 2 months). When i was done with my temp job, I started applying for permanent job, I was getting heaps of interviews but not the job in the end. Either it’s because i do not have enough experience. It is also not easy for me as i have a 14 months baby. I am doing my best. I have a great passion to work for the banking industry, should I go to each bank personally to submit my CV but only problem is the baby, should i bring him with me and submit my resume?

  1. banks wont take ur cv in hand, everything is online now, it’s ok it’s not a problem if u have a baby, pplz undersatnd ur situation and they will help u as much as they can
not geting a job is an issue everything where these days u know financial crises thousands of ppls are going after one single vacancy.
best things is to do some addtional courses like new accounting softwares etc.
    and take some interview sessions.
    best of luck :)
