i got a building report done on the building and it came up that the body corporate had to borrow 0 000 to take the develepor to court to fix repairs needed to the building my solicitor advises me not to go ahead with the purchase but after speaking to other neutral agents they told me the same thing that the agent selling the place said .
They all said it has been to court and has been resolved and the developer is in the middle of fixing the repairs.
