I know not all men are like this but why would a man ignore child support and then solicitors??? why would he want to let it go to court when he will have to pay my court fees as well as his? why would someone do this? is there something im not seeing that i need to open my eyes too?
Any insight ould be much appreciated?
the solicitor has sent him papers saying he does have to pay my court fees.
If he will not participate now and resolve it out of court.

Well unfortunately when it comes to separation or child support–the person who has to pay–doesnt take it well. He may just not want to deal with all the drama and let it go through the courts. Or it may be to hard for him to go through the courts and see you face to face doing this. I think it is best to have the courts put it all in writing–so often we dont do what is right when we are dealing with a breakup!
because some people do get away with it..granted it mostly the older generation before child support was made into a felony..but still you have those young bucks who at work are listening to someone..it could be a man telling him he never had to pay..just kept job hopping or moved to another state..or a female or male saying there father never paid and this is what he did..but again those are adult and during the time they were coming up it was harder to get child support than it is now..not that is not hard now.but back then you did not lose your licenses or have your income tax levi or bank account
He may not have to pay your court fees actually.
And some guys are dead beats.
Well, 1 out of 4 men are not the father, so there should always be a paternity test.
