Does anyone know where to get a free format for personal business corporating agreement?

I need a commission agreement to sign with other companies or individuals for bringing business opportunities into my company. Does anyone know where can I get a format, and is this type of personal agreement protected under legal aid?

Try your county courthouse or check with the city board.

Library is also helpful and of course the other search engines
