I was involved in a 2 car accident whereby an uninsured, unregistered P-Plater ran into me due to carelessness. The police report states that he was in the wrong and not looking. My car has been written off. I have been left with sore chest, shoulder and back due to airbag deployment, seatbelt contusions and the force of the impact. It has been 2 weeks since the accident.
