like would mrm soliciters conpire with cgu to make sure i would not get a claimand get paid a sum of money for it ???????????????????? i think so

i work for an insurer and i’ve never seen that happen.

we PAY solicitors when we engage them to defend a file as they are doing work for us. not many people, including solicitors, work for free.

so, i doubt it. they are getting paid anyway, so whats the point?
