3 – 4 year law degree seems like a lot of work if it is needed to do conveyancing

Would I be required to go to court doing conveyancing as I am not that good at speaking?

  1. You definitely need a law degree to do conveyancing. There are many details to conveyancing, and you have to do them all correctly in order to convey good title. About 1/3 of the malpractice lawsuits against lawyers involves conveyancing. In law school, you study property and conveyancing for a year. It’s vey complicated. I’m a lawyer–I know.
