They do cost a lot of money, BUT there are more disadvantages to NOT using a legal conveyancing specialist!
When you buy a house, there is an unbelievable amount of red tape that requires legal access to documents like land surveys and boundaries, and records of encumbrances – like if the government owns part of your land.
Conveyancers have this legal access – you don’t! So better safe than sorry, eh?
