I made a video about me betraying a nuke booster (Modern warfare 2 for the ps3) and the person in it got pissed, told me to remove it and after I refused he told me he had notified his local police. I was just wondering if I really could get into trouble over this? I asked one of my friends who is a solicitor and she said I have done nothing wrong because I recorded a digital avatar in a virtual world and he agreed to stuff like this when he signed up then said something about free rights on youtube.

This is what I wrote back to him: I was speaking to one of the leaders at my youth club (who is a solicitor) and she said I have done nothing wrong. I recorded your digital avatar in a virtual world which gives me every legal right to do what I want with the information you share publicly except addresses or any other information that could be used to locate you. I also asked her about your name in the video and she confirmed what I already knew, when you signed up to PSN you accepted the terms and conditions which tells you not to use your real name as anyone is entitled to do what they like with your PSN username no matter if its your real name or not. You said that your daughter could maybe see the comments, this could be easily fixed by creating a sub account for her and don’t save your password so she can’t log into your main one.
Finally once I block you it means that I no longer want to talk to you, since you are creating new accounts to communicate with me I could report you
