On 19th June 2008, Wicklow County Enterprise Board organised the Celebrating Enterprise event where they presented awards to 10 of the leading enterpreneurs in the Wicklow area. The event was hosted by television presenter Anna Nolan. This clip features Gordon Jenkinson who established the company, Jenerate. Gordon Jenkinson and his wife Maura McGrath returned to Ireland six years ago and established the company Jenerate as an internet solutions provider. One of the company’s most innovative products is ‘ServiceView’ a product specifically designed and developed for the mortgage broker and conveyancing markets. Jenerate also provide services in all aspects of online business, including website design, online shopping, email marketing, search engine optimization and much more. As the business started to expand, Jenerate moved into the Arklow Business Centre and now employ five people. The company is growing fast and is now in the process of hiring additional staff as well as developing a long term strategy for the business. It will focus on strategic business partnerships as a means of rolling out new products.
