I have an outstanding debt and was called by capquest for payments I tried to explain that the debt is to be paid in full within weeks but they demanded my solicitors numbers names and right upto my inside leg. they were aggressive rude and very unproffesional
I am a collector myself and If I used those tactics they used id be out on my ear straight away I actually said to them that this is to be paid in a few weeks but they dont listen it was thier way or the highway
