me and my husband were looking for a house for a bout a month,.we met an agent who we thought was willing to help us at first,He showed to us a new property infact its on its finishing touch. After all the encouragenment and persuasion of that agent,we cant explained how on earth he made us signed the contract, without calling our broker, the agent had given us his solicitor since we dont have one.The problem is we were asked to pay for an initial deposit 00,then to pay the remaining balance of 21,000 actually my husband asked what if we dont have money to pay the remaining deposit, the agent says ,he can sort it out,.because we really like the house and its location we thought we can sign the contract for safe keeping of that property. When our broker saw the contract i faxed to her,she was not happy, due to the fact that contract cant be changed and we have to pay the remaining deposits. Now we have to ssek for the solicitor and let them changed the contract. Can you advise me of what to do,,because 1.we dont have enought money to pay the remaining deposit.2 we really like the house. thanks for all your answer.

Are you thinking about selling your home yourself? then
sounds like the people who are in the current housing crunch as you now know never sign a contract of that magnitude without have all your questions ansa b4 hand. it doesn’t matter if he/she is nice that is irrelevant, the issue is what does the contract state, for anything. i rather deal with a jerk or butt hole dat is str8 up on all aspects.
